We have two office locations, both with lab and X-ray capabilities. One located in on the north side of town off US-29 at The Berkmar Center, next to the Seminole Rescue Squad. Our other office is at Mill Creek, near the intersection of Avon St. Extended and Mill Creek Drive and across from the Southside Shopping Center.

Our offices are open for appointments weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to noon, from 1:00 to 5:30 p.m. and some evenings. We are open Saturday at our Berkmar location between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. for routine, follow-up, and urgent care.

For emergencies or urgent consultations we are available around the clock. We ask that in an emergency you call 434-973-1831, or 434-982-7847.

We request that you schedule ahead of time and keep your appointments. If you are on daily medicines, please bring them with you.

For your convenience, we participate with most insurance companies. We will either give you an appropriate claim for you to submit to your insurance company, or we will submit your claim for you. Because of the cost of billing, it is important that the appropriate co-payments be made by you at the time of your visit. We do accept most credit cards.
